With two specialized cleaning systems to choose from, Tomcats offer the performance and capacity required to clean your unique application. The "Disk" machines offer gimbaled brush drive and 50% more scrubbing power than competitive brands. The "Cylindricals" scrub and sweep in a single pass.

The scrub deck has curtains and wipers, for unmatched water control. The side shrouds are made of thick steel and remove easily for brush access and adjustments.

The operator sits in a spring-suspensioned, fully adjustable, mid-back chair.The adjustable steering column, headlight, and armrests further enhance operator comfort.

The TOMCATS have a powerful drive motor, can climb steep ramps, and come standard with heavy duty tires. Features include an automatic parking brake, and reduction of transport speed while scrubbing or reversing.

Our Central Command II system includes a LCD readout, on-board diagnostics, and three hour meters, simplifying preventive maintenance intervals. If the batteries become too discharged, the TOMCATS automatically shut down all systems except "transport", to allow the machine to return to the charge station.

Rider Brush Floor Scrubbers

• GTX 26D: For nursing homes we offer a sound deadening package on this 26" disk micro rider scrubber. It's dual 13" brushes can also be fitted with a variety of pads for use on VCT and floor finish.
• GTX 30D: Tomcat's medium sized rider scrubber is fitted with a pair of 15" brushes or pads, and is well equipped to clean indoor hockey and inline skating facilities. Its scrub motors have the rpm and pressure to remove those stubborn marks.
• GTX 34D: With the growth in outdoor retail outlets and shopping malls, we've seen a spike in the volume of disk rider scrubbers needed. The 34" disk GTX combines our largest scrub path with the smallest frame for maximum productivity and maneuverability.

Rider Floor Cylindrical Scrubber

• GTX 24C: This compact rider scrubber is actually smaller than many walk behinds and can often maneuver into bathrooms and other narrow areas. The powerful cylindrical head makes quick work of grout lines and has a handy hopper for collecting small litter.
• GTX 27C: For customers who had scrubbing needs on multiple floors we sought to offer maximum productivity in the smallest footprint. The GTX battery rider scrubber can fit inside most elevators with room to spare, and even the majority of specialty handicap elevators.
• GTX 30C: Tennis continues to grow as a sport and maintaining the quality of footing on the court's surface is a priority. The GTX rider scrubber can quickly clean up between matches and it's high performance squeegee leaves the court surface ready for action.
• GTX 34C: Many of today's modern shopping malls and airports are being built with sections of ceramic tiles and thus grout lines. Tomcat's GTX battery scrubber can be equipped with an industry leading 34" wide cylindrical scrub deck, which does an excellent job of cleaning out grout lines. The GTX's tires are extra wide and soft allowing it to have a reduce footprint weight (pounds/inch - psi) and reduce any chance of cracking floor tiles or edges.

Rider Floor Edge Scrubber

• GTX 28 Edge: One of the first companies to offer the oscillating head on a micro rider scrubber, Tomcat is pleased to bring the 28" Edge to the market. This battery floor scrubber offers all of the features of our other Edge scrubbers, but in a rider platform. The 28" Edge scrubber is able to strip* floor finish and prep it for quick recoats when necessary. The unique rectangular head, which oscillates in a 1/4" diameter pattern, leaves a more consistent pattern on the floor and is easy enough for novices to use. Also able to operate "dry" without any need for water or chemical strippers.

Tomcat's 34 walk behind sweeper is the machine that built are company, starting back 25 years ago now. The 34 battery floor sweeper is able to thrive in applications from commercial carpeting to filthy foundries. It's baghouse filter allows the commercial sweeper to operate as a large carpet vacuum, and is nearly silent for 24/7 sweeping operation. Commercial Battery Rider Floor Sweeper

Bring together the maneuverability of a walk behind sweeper with the increased productivity of a rider sweeper is just one of the benefits of Tomcat's TR battery floor sweeper. With a direct throw sweeping mechanism and poly baghouse filter, the TR rider sweeper is able to handle the most dusty applications. For nearly 20 years, our rider sweepers have been working in high dust applications like concrete packaging, copier toner distribution and even the fine material that makes up paint pigments. Equipped with the optional 420ah batteries, the TR can sweep continuously for almost a full 8-hour shift. The front wheel drive/steering and quiet motors allows it to operate into congested areas with customers.

Walk Behind Battery Commercial Auto Scrubber

One of Tomcat's newest floor scrubber chassis, is available in both disk and "Edge" scrub heads. Customers who prefer the traditional "Pad Assist" disk scrubber system can choose between the 17" and 20" scrub decks. The new "Edge" oscillating head allows customers to prep and recoat floor finish without any chemical strippers, when used with our unique PREP PAD. The Edge head cuts water consumption during normal scrubbing by 70% for further environmental sensitivity. The 10 gallon solution and recovery tanks offer extended cleaning between refills and extra productivity. The Tomcat Micro scrubber comes standard with deep cycle batteries and a smart charger.

The traction drive MicroMag walk behind scrubber brings Tomcat's renowned toughness into the smallest category to date. The compact length allows the 17" and 20" disk scrubbers to maneuver into congested areas, and it's unique design keeps the scrub brush well protected. The 10 gallon solution and recovery tank tips back for easy scheduled maintenance, and the thick steel frame and heavy duty components keep this scrubber working long after others have been discarded. This battery scrubber has a recovery tank that permits complete flushing with full access to the tank's interior and improved sanitation. Like Tomcat's Micro floor scrubber, the MicroMag can be equipped with our Edge system for those seeking the greenest approach to floor cleaning.

Our Pad Assist Mini scrubber has many of the same features as the traction drive MiniMag scrubber, but at a more affordable price. The Mini battery scrubber should does not require the operator to "push" the machine however, as the scrub deck has an adjustable bias on the brush, which generates forward motion. Available in 17", 20" and 23" disk models, it can be equipped with either brushes or pad drivers.

Tomcat's MiniMag battery scrubber is a walk behind scrubber designed to offer customers with smaller areas the scrubbing performance and durability of our larger and popular Magnum battery scrubber. This floor scrubber has a heavy duty steel frame, powder painted of course for longevity. The scrubber's 17 gallon tanks and wide scrub deck range (17" to 28"), make it ideal for many customers with congested areas to scrub clean. Built with stainless fasteners, heavy duty motors, casters and quality batteries, the Tomcat small scrubber delivers high performance in a highly maneuverable package.

In production now since 2006, the Tomcat Magnum automatic scrubber has a proven track record of reliability and performance. The walk behind scrubber comes standard with 30 gallon tanks, heavy duty motors, stainless fasteners and a operator friendly control system. The Magnum floor scrubber is available with 7 different scrub heads (26", 30" 34" DISK and 24", 27", 30", 34" CYLINDRICAL), and comes standard with 245ah batteries for generous run time. Like the MicroMag and MiniMag scrubbers, the Magnum has a fully accessible recovery tank for easy cleanup, and a "tip-back" feature allowing immediate access to any scheduled maintenance items.

Rider Battery Commercial Auto Scrubber

Tomcat was one of the first companies to offer a ride on scrubber that was actually smaller than midsized walk behind scrubbers. At only 54" long, this micro rider scrubber can make U-turns inside many elevators or bathrooms. While smaller than most walk behind scrubbers, the GTX rider scrubber offers increased productivity, with the 35 gallon tanks and larger battery capacity (36 volt). Unlike most of the compact rider scrubbers on the market, the GTX is built with a heavy steel frame and All-American components, so it can thrive in the toughest applications. Like the Magnum floor scrubber the GTX is available with 7 different scrub heads (26", 30" 34" DISK and 24", 27", 30", 34" CYLINDRICAL). Onboard soap (SUDS System) is available for customers looking to take the guess work out of chemical portioning.

Our largest ride on scrubber, the XR battery scrubber is available with cleaning widths up to 46". This large scrub path combined with our 68 gallon tanks and optional 440ah steel cased battery generate unmatched productivity. The XR floor scrubber is not a "BIG" machine however and is able to make U-Turns in 8' foot aisle with ease. The upfront seating position of the operator improves visibility and cleaning right to the edge. Many of the nation's largest malls, airports, casinos and retail shopping centers are finding the XR is a unique combination of productivity, performance, durability and value. Our designers initially built it with ease of service in mind, allowing many customers to handle the scheduled maintenance items on their own, and further reduce operating costs. Like the GTX scrubber, the XR is available in multiple sizes and types of scrub decks (Disk: 34", 40", 46" and Cylindrical 34", 40", 46"), with optional side brooms being a handy feature for cleaning right up to the walls.

Walk Behind Battery Commercial Burnisher

Battery burnishers in this 20" category are commonly found in grade schools, churches, hospitals and other applications seeking a high gloss finish without the fumes and noise of a propane burnisher. The Tomcat 200-UHS burnisher has a powerful 2,000 rpm burnisher motor, and dual disposable bags for dust control The battery burnisher has a heavy duty steel frame, and premium corner rollers to protect walls. Tomcats walk behind battery burnisher comes with an automatic charger and deluxe controls.

Tomcat's 270-UHS burnishers a more powerful version of their proven 20" 200-UHS battery burnisher. The 27" burnisher pad uses a heavy duty 3.5 hp motor, with dual fresh air intakes. Like all Tomcat battery burnishers , the powerful burnisher motor has a sealed cap that force feeds fresh air from the outside to the internals of the motor. Oversized batteries offer superior run time and the burnishers' pad pressure adjustment is a simple knob.

Rider Battery Commercial Burnisher

Our compact 255 rider burnisher is actually shorter than most of the industry's walk behind battery burnishers. With large batteries and a 27" burnishing pad, the 255-XL can often times take the place of 2 walk behind units. And with the operator in a comfort seating position, they are often more productive and able to work continuously for longer periods of time. The 255-XL battery burnisher comes standard with a power motor and affective dust control system. The chassis and body parts are powder painted steel for durability and the front corners have tall rollers to protect walls. Active dust control is an option for those looking for the extra protection, as are oversized batteries for maximum run time.
