Introduced in 2006, the new MAGNUM scrubber quickly became the standard by which other midsized automatic scrubbers are judged. combines our historic cleaning ability with improved agility, and operator productivity. The MAGNUM floor scrubber is available with a large 360 amp hour battery package for long run time, and 30-gallon tanks to reduce time lost to draining and refill. Many features made this scrubber a favorite with the maintenance staff, included the tip back tank feature, fully accessible recovery tank, the drain saver basket and top side access to all service items. Since the MAGNUM battery scrubber is meant to go into the most challenging "commercial scrubber" applications, it was designed to survive the rigors of daily use and digesting plenty of waste. After over 20 years of servicing the industrial market, we understand the need to maintain the scrubber's small footprint and maneuverability, while building it durably.
Magnum's "Disk" floor scrubbers pack more scrubbing power than other machines, and the deck is guarded by heavy duty steel jaws. To offer superior scrubbing on uneven surfaces, the brushes are mounted to the powerful motors with a flexible clutch. This also reduces the wear and tear on the output shaft of the scrub motors and therefore extend their life.
The "Cylindrical" battery scrubbers are selected by those customers looking to sweep and scrub at the same time, thus removing the need to pre-sweep an area first.
To ensure even clean over irregular floors, the scrubbers' brush pressure adjusts automatically via a 500 pound capacity actuator. The deluxe dashboard offers the operator a screen with diagnostics codes and service hour meters for scheduled maintenance on vacuums, scrub and traction systems. The Central Commands' dashboard also keeps the operator alert to all systems running and the remaining battery charge. Should the scrubbers' battery pack become too low, the floor scrubber will reduce power to allow the operator to drive back to the charger.
The heavy steel construction, oversized motors, extra thick polyurethane tanks and stainless steel fasteners provide a solid foundation. The MAGNUM has a powerful, sealed transaxle for climbing steep ramps and heavy duty tires to withstand harsh chemicals. The four point stance and oversized wheels allow it to remain stable over rough terrain.

Walk-Behind Disk Floor Scrubbers
- MAGNUM 26D: Built with powerful scrub motors and down pressure for grocery stores who prefer traditional disk scrubbers for daily floor maintenance and occasional stripping.
- MAGNUM 30D: The Tomcat Magnum 30" disk scrubber comes standard with our Sound Deadening system for more ideal use in hospitals and other noise sensitive applications.
- MAGNUM 34D: Our most productive walk behind scrubber is the 34" disk Magnum, due to its 30 gallon tanks and oversized batteries. The dual 17" disk brushes or pads allow this battery scrubber to knock out nearly 30,000 square feet an hour.
Walk-Behind Cylindrical Floor Scrubbers
- MAGNUM 24C: This 24" cylindrical auto-scrubber does an excellent job of cleaning the tough floors around pools. It's narrow head maximizes the scrubbing power on the dual brushes for deep cleaning into grout lines or other high traction floor coatings.
- MAGNUM 27C: With the increase use of rubberized floors for running tracks and multipurpose field houses, came a challenge with cleaning. Traditional disk scrubbers don't seem to deliver sufficient scrubbing action to remove the dirt and stains in many rubberized floor coatings, both poured and prefabricated.
- MAGNUM 30C: Tomcat's 30" cylindrical Magnum works well in modern automobile dealerships, who've invested in remodeling their service areas. Studies have shown an increase in the number of female customers and that their expectations for cleanliness is on the rise.
- MAGNUM 34C: Large distribution centers and cold storage facilities enjoy this shop scrubbers' ability to sweep and scrub in a single pass. This battery scrubber can clean up nails, broken glass and small wood chips while scrubbing up oil and dirt too.
Walk-Behind Edge Floor Scrubber
- MAGNUM 28 Edge: Our larger walk behind chassis when equipped with the 28" Edge head, is capable of daily scrubbing with only 30% of the water usage of old fashioned disk scrubbers. It's oscillating head doesn't fling dirty water like many traditional scrubbers, and can quickly prep floors for recoat.
